Back home Google Business Profile

Own the map pack.

When someone nearby searches for what you do, three businesses sit in a little map at the very top, and they get most of the calls. That box is your Google Business Profile. I get yours set up, verified, filled out and tuned so you are one of the three, not buried below.

The free listing that quietly runs local search.

Search for a tradie, a cafe or a renovator and look at what is above the normal results: a map and three businesses. People tap those first. They call, they get directions, they read the reviews, often without ever visiting a website. That is the map pack, and your Google Business Profile is the only way into it.

The catch is that most profiles are half finished. Missing hours, no photos, the wrong category, a handful of old reviews. Google ranks the complete, active, well-reviewed profile above the neglected one every time. Filling it out properly is some of the highest-return work a local business can do, and it costs nothing to list.

Set up, tuned, and kept alive.

The whole job, from a blank listing to one that wins searches and keeps earning.

02
Categories & services
The right primary and secondary categories, every service listed, your area covered and a description written for how customers actually search.
03
Photos & posts
Real photos of your work, logo and cover set properly, plus regular posts. An active profile signals to Google that you are open and worth showing.
04
Reviews engine
A one-tap review link and an on-site prompt that make it easy for happy customers to leave a star rating, plus help replying to the ones you have.
05
NAP consistency
Your name, address and phone number matched across your site and the web. Mismatched details confuse Google and quietly hold your ranking back.
06
Insights & upkeep
Watch the calls, directions and searches in your profile insights, keep hours and details current, and fix problems or duplicates as they come up.

Profile plus site, one system.

The profile gets you seen and lets people call in one tap. Your website does the convincing, then links straight back to the profile to gather reviews. Each one lifts the other.

The suburb pages on your site are also one of the strongest signals for ranking the profile higher in a given area. That is why I treat web design, SEO and your Google Business Profile as one joined-up job rather than three invoices.

The straight answers.

What is a Google Business Profile?

It is the free listing that shows your business on Google Search and Maps, with your hours, phone number, photos and reviews. It is what appears in the map pack, the box of three businesses with a map that sits at the top of local results. For most local businesses it is the single most valuable free thing on the internet.

Do I need a website as well as a profile?

Yes, and they work as a team. The profile gets you seen and lets people call or get directions in one tap. The website does the convincing and links straight back to the profile. Suburb pages on your site are also one of the strongest signals for ranking the profile higher.

How do I get more Google reviews?

The simplest way is to ask every happy customer with a direct review link, ideally a tap on their phone right after the job. I set up that link, add a tidy review prompt to your site, and reply to reviews counts too. Reviews are one of the biggest factors in winning the map pack.

Can you manage the profile for me each month?

Yes. Ongoing management is part of the Growth and Pro care plans: fresh posts, new photos, replying to reviews, keeping hours and services current and watching the insights. It is optional and month to month, so you are never locked in.

My profile is suspended or a duplicate exists. Can you help?

Usually, yes. I can help with verification problems, reinstatement, merging or removing duplicate listings and fixing wrong details. Get in touch with what you are seeing and I will tell you honestly whether it is a quick fix.
